Why should I have a survey?
A survey will help us spot any potential problems and determine the level of service required for your lift, it would also help identify the quality and level of service already received.
Surveys are a very important part of the business to ensure that both customer and company can see what is on offer and what is to be undertaken, by carrying out a survey, not only do we get to examine the lift and give peace of mind, it also gives us the chance to meet potential clients on a personal level.

What can I expect?
An engineer will visit at your convenience and carry out relevant checks for your type of lift, this should take no longer than one hour. Following the survey you will receive a quotation via e-mail, there will be no obligation to follow it up, we will just be glad to boast our low honest prices.
